概述
1985年毕业于山西农业大学,1988年毕业于北京农业大学,获硕士学位,1996年毕业于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所,获博士学位。1994-1995 曾在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校、国际小麦研究所(墨西哥)合作研究,1999.5-7在澳大利亚科工组织水土资源研究所合作研究, 2002.9-12在美国农业部大平原系统实验室与麻省大学合作研究。
长期从事农业生态学及其相关领域的研究,研究兴趣为农田生态系统管理与精准农业。曾获得河北省、省农业厅、石家庄市科技进步一等奖各一项,发表学术论文40余篇,省级优秀论文奖4次,参编专著4部。
目前主持国家重点基础研究发展规划("973")项目专题"时空多变要素的田间测定和时空扩展研究",国家科技部"863"项目"华北半湿润偏旱井灌区综合节水农业技术体系集成与示范",中国科学院知识创新工程项目课题"华北平原精准种植技术体系集成与示范" 和"太行山前平原农田生态系统氮磷钾的迁移、转化规律与优化管理"及与欧盟合作项目"中国城乡持续农业生态系统管理与城乡交互发展"。
研究领域
1. 农田生态系统演替动力学机制与健康诊断
基于网络长期的生态要素动态监测,研究气候干旱化与农业集约化趋势下农田生态系统演变与响应机制,探索农田生态系统演替的动力机制与稳定机制,建立农田生态系统健康评价的指标体系。
支持课题: 中国科学院生态系统研究网络监测任务
2. 农田生态系统水、养分循环及环境效应
研究农田生态系统养分、水分循环机理、水养耦合效应及界面传输过程,重点探索土-水界面硝态氮淋失通量与迁移规律,提出环境友好的养分优化管理模式。

(2) 可持续农田生态系统的水、氮管理
(3) 华北平原38度带水循环研究
(4) 集约农田生态系统养分循环调控与精准管理模式研究
3. 基于精准农业技术的农田生态系统管理
研究、集成区域农田生态系统优化管理的综合技术体系与模式,应用开发精准农业关键技术,建立农田生态系统精准管理的技术集成与网络咨询服务平台及实验示范区,探索精准农业区域示范模式。
