人物經歷
1993年7月畢業於江西農業大學畜牧獸醫系,獲理學學士學位;1996年7月畢業於揚州大學畜牧獸醫學院,獲理學碩士學位;2002年7月畢業於中國科學院動物研究所,獲理學博士學位;2002年8月至2007年7月在美國洛克菲勒大學從事博士後研究;2007年8月起任中科院上海生科院生物化學與細胞生物學研究所研究員,研究組長。

2012年獲「傑出青年基金」支持,2013年入選「中青年科技創新領軍人才」[3]。

研究工作
2012年,研究組建立了來自小鼠精子的孤雄單倍體胚胎幹細胞,並證明這些細胞能夠代替精子使卵母細胞「受精」產生半克隆小鼠(稱為「半克隆」技術)(Yang et al., Cell, 2012)。然而,半克隆技術不成熟,健康半克隆小鼠出生率低(2%左右)。2015年,研究組獲得了能穩定高效產生半克隆小鼠的單倍體幹細胞(出生效率達到20%左右),因此又稱為「人造精子細胞」(Zhong et al., Cell Stem Cell, 2015)。2018年,研究組通過結合「人造精子細胞」和CRISPR-Cas9介導的Base editor系統,實現蛋白質關鍵氨基酸的在體遺傳篩選(Li et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2018)。
