周源(研究員)
人物簡介
2010年本科畢業於首都師範大學生物科學專業,2015年於中國農業大學生物信息學專業獲理學博士學位,後於北京大學醫學部從事博士後研究。現就職於北京大學基礎醫學院醫學信息學系,從事生物信息學研究,目前主要研究興趣為轉錄組學(含非編碼RNA)與表觀轉錄組學數據的計算分析。先後開發了CCPPI、SRAMP等10餘個生物信息學工具,總使用量超過4萬人次。以(含共同)第一或通訊作者在Nucleic Acids Research, Briefings in Bioinformatics等專業期刊上發表SCI論文22篇,其它署名SCI論文15篇。
