研究方向
课题组以生物质谱为核心,发展或运用新型蛋白质组学分析策略来解决病原菌感染领域多年来因技术所限、悬而未决的一些重要科学问题。我们发展了高效、普适的胞内菌蛋白质组分析策略,为揭示致病菌适应宿主的分子机制提供了新颖的视角。同时,我们建立了全新蛋白质修饰的高精度质谱解析方法并破译了一系列细菌毒力因子催化的蛋白质共价修饰,进而阐明了病原菌与宿主互作的新机制。课题组先后获得海外高层次人才引进计划青年项目和国家优秀青年科学基金的支持,在Nature, Mol. Cell, PLOS Pathog., Mol. Cell. Proteomics, J. Proteome Res.等期刊发表论文近80余篇。
