劉光偉
人物簡歷
現為北京師範大學生命科學學院教授、國家百千萬人才工程有突出貢獻中青年專家。2003年在白求恩醫科大學（現吉林大學醫學部）獲醫學博士學位。2004-2006年為中國科學院動物研究所免疫學博士後。2007-2010年在美國聖裘德兒童研究醫院免疫學系博士後。2006-2012年任中國科學院動物研究所副研究員。2012-2015年任復旦大學基礎醫學院免疫學系教授。2015年加入北京師範大學生命科學學院建立免疫調節研究組。
科研項目
主要從事癌症和感染性疾病的免疫學致病機理、免疫細胞治療策略等免疫學領域研究。目前承擔國家自然基金委重點項目等科研課題，已在Immunity、Nature Immunology、Nature Communications、eLife、PNAS、Blood、Cellular & Molecular Immunology和Cancer Research等國際權威刊物發表SCI文章90餘篇。
研究內容
主要研究免疫細胞發育分化及功能調控，探討其在癌症和感染性疾病的免疫學致病機理及免疫細胞治療策略等免疫學領域研究。
具體包括：
（1）研究中性粒細胞、樹突狀細胞和巨噬細胞等天然免疫細胞發育分化和功能調節在癌症和感染性疾病中的調控規律、分子機制及免疫治療策略。
（2）研究T細胞發育分化和功能調節在癌症和感染性疾病中的調控規律、分子機制和免疫治療策略及臨床可行方案。
（3）研究基礎免疫學研究成果臨床轉化的可行性途徑和方案。
